Job Description

. Work in team and assist Senior Technical Specialist on Project rollouts.
. Provide on-site or remote assistance to existing maintenance customers according to their support plan.  

Job Requirement

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT.
. Knowledge in possess PC troubleshooting skills on software and hardware diagnosis.
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
. Willingness to learn and explore new technologies and looking forward to upgrade himself to next level.
. Able to communicate with fluent English and Chinese.
. Preferred with experiences handling external clients.
. Minimum 1 - 2 years working experiences.
. Salary Range : RM 2500.00 and above  (Depending on Qualification and Experience)
. Working Hours : 09.00 am to 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
